1. Eligibility
- Offer is valid only for new qualifying flooring projects contracted with Epoxee.
- Promotion applies only to projects that are booked, scheduled, performed, and completed during the month of July.
- Projects booked in July but scheduled, performed, or completed in a different month do not qualify.
- Customer must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into a contract.
2. Qualifying Purchase
- A signed contract and required deposit/payment must be received during the promotional period.
- The project must have a minimum contract value of $2,500 before taxes, fees, change orders, or add-ons, unless otherwise approved in writing by Epoxee.
- The project must be fully performed and completed by Epoxee during the month of July to qualify.
3. Gift Limit
- Limit of one (1) free YETI® cooler per customer, household, property, or project.
- Multiple contracts for the same customer, household, or property do not qualify for multiple gifts unless approved in writing by Epoxee.
4. Gift Details
- The free gift is a YETI® cooler.
- Model, color, and size are determined by Epoxee based on availability.
- Promotional images are for advertising purposes only. Actual cooler may vary slightly.
- Gift is not transferable, not exchangeable, and has no cash value.
5. Delivery of Gift
- The YETI® cooler will be provided only after the flooring project has been fully completed.
- The customer must pay the final balance in full before the promotional gift is released.
- The customer account must be fully paid and in good standing.
- No promotional gift will be delivered before final payment is received and the project is completed.
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, or Non-Payment
- If the project is canceled, rescheduled outside of July, unpaid, partially paid, or not completed during July, the customer will not qualify for the promotional gift.
- If a customer receives the promotional gift by mistake and later cancels, fails to pay, or does not meet the promotion requirements, Epoxee reserves the right to charge the retail value of the cooler or request its return in unused condition.
7. No Combination with Other Offers
- This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, special pricing, rebates, or promotional offers unless approved in writing by Epoxee.
8. Availability
- Offer is subject to product availability.
- If the advertised YETI® cooler becomes unavailable, Epoxee reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or comparable value.
9. Exclusions
- Offer does not apply to projects under $2,500.
- Offer does not apply to projects booked in July but scheduled, performed, or completed in another month.
- Offer does not apply to previously signed contracts, past projects, warranty work, repair-only work, maintenance-only services, unpaid projects, or projects not completed during July.
10. Right to Refuse or Prevent Abuse
- Epoxee reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or disqualify any promotion claim if fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, manipulation, or attempts to exploit the offer are suspected.
- Any attempt to manipulate the terms of the promotion will make the customer ineligible.
11. Changes to Promotion
- Epoxee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice, except where prohibited by law.
12. Acceptance
- By participating in this promotion, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions and to Epoxee’s standard service contract terms.

Signed contract and required deposit must be received in July. Limit one free YETI® cooler per customer, household, property, or project. Cooler will be provided only after the project is completed and the final balance is paid in full. Gift is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to availability. Cannot be combined with other offers. Epoxee reserves the right to modify, cancel, or disqualify any promotion claim involving abuse, fraud, non-payment, cancellation, rescheduling outside of July, or failure to meet the promotion requirements.
